The Water Quality Division (WQD) ensures the proper disposal of wastewaters, ensure the proper design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, monitor and evaluate the quality of surface and groundwater, and to require and to facilitate the clean-up of water quality impaired surface and groundwater.

Who is eligible?

WQD can assist Sublette County or individual landowners.

WQD can offer technical assistance to Sublette County Public Health and local landowners regarding proper abandonment or repair/replacement procedures and permit requirements to abandon, repair, or replace septic systems.
